Red Gongura has similar growing preferences to Green Gongura, preferring well-drained soil and full sun. It’s grown for its culinary uses in vegetable gardens or containers. Regular harvesting of leaves promotes continuous growth and prevents flowering (which can reduce leaf quality). Use fresh leaves in curries, chutneys, or as a colorful garnish.
