Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, if you receive a damaged or defective or item missing, please contact us immediately at botanicspot@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and video of yourself opening the parcel. We will review the issue and provide assistance as appropriate.
If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you and fully refund your money for the out of stock item within 3 working days.
In case your package is not deliverable due to your non availability we will not be able to refund or dispatch the items again.
